Bible Study

Sunday Morning - Immediately after the 8 am service

Our Sunday morning bible study fits perfectly between our two worship services. Grab some coffee in the kitchen, then join us next door in the piano room.

Tuesday Morning - Women’s Bible study at 9:30 am.

Communion is offered at the close of our study time.
Babysitting is available upon request by some of our kind members. We are now using a new book entitled, Women of the Bible: 52 Bible Studies for Individuals and Groups by Jean E. Syswerda.  No need to worry that we are using a book as the basis for our study, each week stands alone. All women are invited to join us.

Thursday - Immediately after the 7 pm Holy Eucharist from 7:45-8:45 pm.

A good mid-week break to recharge your spiritual batteries. The evening begins with the Eucharist and is followed by a Bible study or book study. This is also a great fellowship opportunity. Participants bring refreshments to share.

Yoga and Meditation - Beginners through Intermediate

Led by Miriam, a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor. Yoga is a discipline that helps the body relieve stress and move beyond tension so that with greater self awareness you might then be more receptive to God's voice within. This practice prepares the practitioner for meditation and inner peace.

Monday - 9 am

Tuesday - 6:30 pm

Spiritual Direction.

A new program for St. Christopher's, Spiritual Direction helps foster an individual's personal, intimate relationship with God. Working one-on-one or in a group with one of our trained spiritual directors you will be able to pay more attention to God's presence and activity in your life, become more aware of God's desires, respond with greater freedom to the mystery of God's unconditional love.

Spiritual direction is helpful for those experiencing a significant transition or loss, when feeling stuck in their current prayer life or simply wishing to deepen their existing relationship with God.

Spiritual Direction sessions will begin during the Fall of 2014. Look for information in the Signpost or contact Miriam.
